Returns & Exchanges

As an authorized dealer, every product sold on the 17thstreet.com site is brand new and includes the full U.S.A. manufacturer's warranty. 17th Street Supply, Inc. offers an exclusive money-back guarantee on its products. The return/exchange period is 7 days from the date of delivery. All returns require a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number, which can be obtained by emailing info@17thstreet.com or calling 800-664-1971.

Return or Replacement Policy:
If not satisfied with a purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact 17th Street to receive an RMA number to ensure proper handling of the return or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.

  • To be eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs), the returned item must be in its original, unopened, mint condition, including all packaging, manuals, and paperwork. Items removed from their blister-pack display packaging do not qualify for a full refund.

  • Only the product purchase price is refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. For items with "Free Shipping," the original shipping cost paid on the customer’s behalf will be deducted from the refund. If a package is refused, the shipping charges for both delivery and return will be deducted from the refund.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in their original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (unfilled), and accessories. Do not write on or tape anything to the product or packaging. 17th Street reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of order placement. Claims made after this period will not be honored.

Non-Returnable Items (once opened):

  • Computers – Software and hardware

  • Stereos/Speakers

  • Film

  • Paper

  • DVDs and videos

  • Batteries

  • Ink cartridges

  • Memory cards

Non-Returnable Items (regardless of condition):

  • Printers (once toner, ink, or ribbon cartridges have been installed)

  • LCD and plasma TVs or monitors 20" and larger (once shipped). If refused or returned, shipping charges both ways will be deducted from the refund, and a restocking fee may apply. Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Important TV Delivery Note:
Upon delivery, inspect the TV for physical damage or operational issues. Do not sign the delivery manifest until inspection is complete. Signing indicates acceptance of the item as-is. If the TV is damaged, note it on the delivery manifest and have the delivery person sign as a witness.

Additional Restrictions:

  • Underwater photography equipment cannot be returned if used in water.

  • Phones will only be accepted for return or exchange if they show no signs of use and have less than 10 minutes of cumulative talk time. Defective phones will be exchanged for the same model only.

  • Notebooks and computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a return refusal or a 15% restocking fee.

Return Instructions:

  1. Place the original product package into a separate shipping carton.

  2. Include the invoice and a brief explanation for the return. If defective, specify the issue.

  3. Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the manufacturer's original packaging.

  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. If a label was emailed, print and affix it to the carton.

  5. Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Lost or damaged return shipments are not the responsibility of 17th Street.
